FRANK LLOYD WRIGHT'S FORMER APARTMENT IN THE PLAZA HOTEL
The famed architect called the place home while he was designing the Guggenheim Museum.
Notables like Tommy Hilfiger and Eloise have called New York's famed Plaza Hotel home, and now, you can too – in the pad Frank Lloyd Wright lived in while designing the Guggenheim Museum.
The current owners bought the condo in 2009 as a pied-Ã -terre and regutted and redesigned the apartment, decking the place out with a Murano-glass chandelier, customized moldings, and the artwork of Willem de Koonig and Jean Dubuffet, among others. The luxe space also offers 13-foot ceilings, a jacuzzi, and views of Central Park and Madison Avenue. Oh, and some pretty serious bragging rights, too.
The owner will also get to enjoy the amenities of the Plaza, including a 24-hour doorman, maid service, valet parking, fitness center, hair salon, and spa.
