The Copper Canyon Cocktail Bar
Mexico's latest restaurant design is not for the faint of heart.
In a recently released proposal, studio Tall Arquitectos depict Biré Bitori, a luxury restaurant and cocktail bar overlooking Copper Canyon in Chihuahua. The concept calls for a cantilevered structure embedded precariously in the rock face, granting diners panoramic views of the canyon and the famous Basaseachic Falls below.
The design for this exclusive eatery features two levels, with the dining area and bar on the first, and an observation deck and lounge on the second. The interior is lined with windows and a vast glass floor, with tables arranged on the perimeter to offer incredible views throughout.

Guests descend into the restaurant through a minimalist entrance, marked by a small water feature. The futuristic space features an open-plan and natural materials that echo the surrounding landscape.
Patrons are also invited to rappel down to the canyon floor (assuming they aren't left with vertigo). We think dining here is enough of an adventure.
